Sean Fitzpatrick in court for 'trustee' hearing

The former chair of Anglo Irish Bank Sean Fitzpatrick has appeared in court for the first time since he was declared bankrupt.

An application by his former employer to have a "trustee in bankruptcy" appointed was adjourned until September.
