One critically hurt, one in surgery and a third recovering after Dublin shooting

One man is in a critical condition, and two others have been injured after a shooting at a pub in Dublin.

The incident happened at about 12.30am at the Players Lounge on Fairview strand, on the city's northside.

The scene of the incident has been preserved, and road closures are in place.

Two of the men are being treated for their injuries at the Mater Hospital. One of them is undergoing surgery and the other is in a stable condition.

The third man is in a critical condition in Beaumont Hospital.
