An official report has failed to solve a mystery aboard a flight from Dublin during which many passengers inexplicably appeared to pass out shortly after takeoff from Dublin.

The crew aboard the Cologne-bound aircraft were so concerned that they donned oxygen masks and declared an emergency after travelling just 30 nautical miles off the coast in May 2008.
