Competition Authority rejects complaints against proposed Poolbeg incinerator

The Competition Authority has rejected a series of complaints regarding the planned Poolbeg Incinerator which had been lodged by the Irish Waste Management Association.

The Competition Authority has written to Dublin City Council to confirm there is no breach in relation to the Dublin "Waste to Energy" plant at Poolbeg.
