A Polish man charged with threatening to petrol bomb a head shop in Dublin city centre is to face trial before a judge and jury.

Lukas Kalinska (aged 25), with an address at Joe Sardini's Court, Upper Dominick Street, in Dublin 7 had been charged earlier with threatening to cause criminal damage to the Hemp Stop, on Capel Street, and possessing a jar containing petrol, a towel immersed in petrol and a cigarette lighter, to cause damage at the same location, on May 10 last.
