Man who broke into Minister Andrews' office faces sentence

A man who broke into the constituency office of Fianna Fáil TD Barry Andrews because he was looking for place to drink will be sentenced later.

Gerard Kane (aged 32) was caught by gardaí in the office and tried to escape by charging through a window with a chair. He struggled with a female garda until she subdued him by hitting him on the shins with her baton.
