Charges expected in 2006 Limerick murder case
A 21-year-old man is due to appear before Limerick District Court this evening charged with murdering another man four years ago.
The suspect was arrested in the UK and is being extradited back to Ireland to face a charge of murdering Noel Crawford, who was shot dead in Southill in Limerick in December 2006.
Mr Crawford was standing outside his mother's house on his 40th birthday when he was gunned down.
Gardaí believe he had no involvement in crime.
