Gunshot wounds found on body of woman found in car boot
It has emerged this evening that the woman whose body was found in a car boot in Dublin died from gunshot wounds.
A murder inquiry has been launched following the grim discovery during the search of a rented garage just off Aylmer Road in Newcastle yesterday evening.
The remains are believed to be those of 30-year-old mother-of-one Helen Donegan, who went missing from her home in St Patrick's Park in Celbridge in Co Kildare seven weeks ago.
A 45-year-old man is being questioned about the incident at Clondalkin garda station.
