Waterford welcomes new crystal manufacturing centre

A new crystal manufacturing facility is opening today in Waterford.

More than 110 people will be employed at "The House of Waterford Crystal", with up to 40 others at peak times.

The venture is the result of an agreement between the owner of Waterford Crystal, Wedgewood and Royal Doulton brands, and Waterford City Council.
