Trial of man accused of raping sister collapses

The trial of a man accused of raping his younger sister 40 years ago has collapsed at the Central Criminal Court.

The man (aged 55), who can not be named for legal reasons, had pleaded not guilty to seven counts of raping his now 48-year-old sister between May 1970 and September 1972.
