Ireland 'not ruined', says banking report author

The authors of one of the reports into the banking crisis says the response here has been better than in other countries and Ireland is "not ruined".

Klaus Regling and Max Watson are appearing before an Oireachtas Committee to discuss their report.

Despite their report saying the crisis here was "home made", today they say international factors cannot be ignored.
