Negotiations have failed to settle a High Court privacy action taken by Van Morrison's wife Michelle Rocca.

The former model claims Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council failed to protect her and her husband's privacy following a redevelopment by their neighbours in Dalkey, Co Dublin.
