Callely expenses to be examined today
Senator Ivor Callely's expenses will be examined by the Select Committee on Members' Interests later today.
It comes after the Dublin senator defended his right to claim mileage and other allowances from an address in west Cork.
Last night the Taoiseach demanded that Senator Callely make a detailed written submission to the chairman of the committee in order to speed up the work of the inquiry.
