Ombudsman: Number of complaints down from last year

The Financial Ombudsman William Prasifka has said no complaints have been made to his office arising out of the ash crisis so far.

Mr Prasifka also said very few complaints have been received following flooding in Cork and other parts of the country at the beginning of the year.
