DSPCA seeks help in solving mystery of abandoned lambs

The DSPCA is asking the public for help in finding information about two lambs found in Central Dublin this week.

The two lambs were abandoned in The Liberties on Monday night.

One of the lambs had been flung over a 14-foot wall into a derelict building, causing its leg to be broken.

Both lambs had their ID tags torn from their ears so are difficult to trace. They have the initials 'PH' painted onto their coats.

Christened Sooty and Sweep, both lambs are doing well in the Dublin SPCA sanctuary.
