Tánaiste insists progress has been made in implementing Ryan recommendations

The Tánaiste has insisted that progress is being made in hiring more child protection social workers.

It's a year to the day since the Ryan report documented the horrific sexual, physical and psychological abuse by priests and nuns of children in State care.
