Human skull found on Donegal GAA pitch

A human skull has been discovered at a GAA football ground in Co Donegal.

The discovery was made this morning at Pairc Naomh Brid in the Ballintra/Laghey area of south Donegal.

Gardaí have launched an investigation but have said they believe the skull is not of recent origin
