Garda Ombudsman to probe man's death while in custody

The Garda Ombudsman Commission has opened an investigation into the death of a 39-year-old man while in Garda custody yesterday afternoon.

John Nevin was taken into custody by gardaí at his home in Templemore, Co Tipperary.
