Moriarty Tribunal report 'may be delayed'

There could be a further delay to the publication of the final report of the Moriarty Tribunal.

An advisor in the competition to award Ireland's second mobile phone licence in 1995 has come forward, saying he's willing to give evidence.

In a statement, Michael Andersen of Andersen Management International said the tribunal's provisional findings contain a number of "very significant errors".
