Waterford Crystal employees to sue State

Ten Waterford Crystal employees who have seen more than €2.5m of their pension funds wiped out following the firm's collapse are to attempt to sue the state.

The workers claim the Government failed in its duty under European Law to better protect their pension entitlements.
