FG 'to recruit more high-profile candidates'
It's reported Fine Gael is set to try and attract more celebrity candidates.
The Sunday Times claims the party will try and recruit more high profile contenders in a bid to win the next general election.
Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny received a blow earlier this year when George Lee resigned as a TD and returned to RTÉ.
Reports today suggest names including Eamon Dunphy, Denis Hickey and Eddie Hobbs.
