A taxi driver was beaten and robbed by two men in a late-night attack, police revealed today.

A taxi driver was beaten and robbed by two men in a late-night attack, police revealed today.

The driver picked up the men at South Street in Newtownards at around 3.30am and was asked to take them to the West Winds area of the town.
