Report: Paedophiles target children with smart-phones

A review into online child safety is expected to find that children who use smart-phones may be the latest targets of paedophiles and cyber-bullies.

The review, which will be published later, is likely to say much has been done to make home computers safer.

But technology expert Stuart Miles says policing the mobile internet isn't easy.
