€39m FAS programme created no jobs

It has emerged that a back-to-work programme run by FAS cost the State almost €890,000 per person and didn't lead to anyone getting a job.

The Sunday Business Post reports the Job Training Initiative had a budget of €39m in 2009 when 46 people completed the programme.
