Cabin crew at Aer Lingus have voted 92% in favour of the company's €97m cost-cutting plan in a second ballot.

IMPACT, which represents the workers, put the proposals to its members again on Monday following what it called "deeper clarification" of the proposals in talks at the Labour Relations Commission.
