O'Brien wants 2008 Moriarty findings withdrawn

The businessman Denis O'Brien has called on the Chairman of the Moriarty Tribunal to withdraw provisional findings circulated in November 2008.

It follows a statement at the inquiry yesterday by Mr Justice Michael Moriarty that he would be basing his report on the evidence put before him.
