Civil servants to vote on industrial action

Higher paid civil servants are the latest group to vote on industrial action.

The Association of Higher Civil and Public Servants isn't seeking a mandate for work stoppages, but if the vote is passed, members will refuse to carry out work associated with vacant posts.
