Tallaght Hospital management meet to discuss crisis

The executive management committee of Tallaght Hospital met last night to discuss the X-ray scandal at the facility.

It comes amid claims that the board commissioned an independent report last year to look at its management structure, because they themselves were concerned about how the hospital was being run.
