Aer Lingus offer reduced salaries to workers

Aer Lingus has released details of the redundancy package on offer to cabin crew as they aim to cut 230 jobs.

Union officials at IMPACT were briefed by management at the company this morning, after cabin crew rejected a cost-cutting plan.
