Man charged with feud murder

A man has been charged with the murder of Seamus O' Byrne in Dublin last year.

The 32-year-old who was arrested yesterday will appear in court later this morning.

O' Byrne (aged 27) was shot three times in the back outside his house in Tymon Park in North in Tallaght on March 13, 2009.

His partner was also injured in the attack, which was linked at the time to the ongoing Crumlin-Drimnagh gangland feud.
