The brother of a convicted murderer who was involved in smuggling contraband into Mountjoy prison, has had his sentence adjourned to allow him to attend for drug treatment.

The brother of a convicted murderer who was involved in smuggling contraband into Mountjoy prison, has had his sentence adjourned to allow him to attend for drug treatment.

Sean Hinchon (aged 32) of St Ronan Close, Clondalkin pleaded guilty to conveying a mobile phone to his brother Thomas Hinchon and to conspiracy with others to convey heroin to him. He has seven previous road traffic convictions.
