HSA admits it was 'over-zealous' in calendar case

The Health and Safety Authority has conceded it was "over-zealous" in the way it dealt with a Limerick garage owner.

Following an inspection by one of its officials, the man was told to remove calendars featuring photos of topless women or face possible censure.
