Motorists warned to take care on snow-covered roads

Motorists on the east coast are advised to take extra care this morning after snowfalls overnight.

It is still snowing in many areas of the South Midlands and along the East Coast, however temperatures have remained above zero so it is expected to thaw fairly quickly.
