Bandon road closed following crash

Gardaí have closed off a section of the Cork / Bandon road between Halfway and Innishannon following a serious collision between two cars and an articulated truck.

A number of people are believed to have been injured in the crash.

Diversions are in place and the road will remain closed for a number of hours.
