Opposition hit out at timing of Transport Minister's holiday

The Opposition has today questioned the timing and continuation of the Minister for Transport's holidays, while the bad weather takes its toll on the road network.

Noel Dempsey went on holiday on Monday and is not due back to work until the weekend.

Labour TD Ciaran Lynch said that the current weather was predicted in early December.
