UN Relief Agency: 'International political failure' over Gaza blockade

The Irish man who heads the United Nations Relief and Works Agency has said there has been an "international political failure" over the blockade of Gaza.

John Ging is in Dublin for a meeting with the Foreign Affairs Minister Micháel Martin.

Gaza has been effectively blockaded since the end of a conflict with Israel a year ago.

Mr Ging said the rule of law is not being upheld in Gaza.
