Appeal over missing men

Gardaí are appealing for the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of two men missing in Mayo and Monaghan.

In Mayo, gardaí are appealing for help in finding 40-year-old Paddy Murphy, from Cashel, Cloghans in Ballina. He was last seen at around 10.30pm on Thursday night on Garden Street in the town.

He is described as being 5'7" in height and was wearing a grey and black anorak, black trousers, brown shoes and a white shirt.

Meanwhile in Monaghan, 32-year-old Declan McNally has been missing since he left home in Clontibret on Tuesday morning.

He was driving a white Vauxhall Astra Van, registration number INZ 7686.

He is described as being 5'8" to 5'10" in height with short brown hair and his family say his disappearance is very out of character.
