Three dead in Down crash

Three people died today following a road accident involving two cars in Co Down.

Police said the two men and a woman who died were travelling in one of the vehicles.

The collision took place shortly after midnight on the Killinchy Road outside Comber.

The road remained closed this morning while an investigation into the collision continued.
