Elderly man dies after car crash

An 86-year-old man has died following a crash in Co Galway more than a week ago.

He was being treated at University College Hospital in Galway since the incident which happened at Corker in Gort last Sunday week.

The car he was driving and another car were in collision at 2.30pm. Nobody else was injured.
