Rail bosses to again face committee grilling
Rail bosses will be again questioned by the Oireachtas Committee on Transport this week over alleged malpractice and fraud inside the state-funded company.
It comes after an independent accounting report uncovered losses of around €2.5m in poor control systems at Iarnród Éireann.
CIE chairman John Lynch and Iarnród Éireann CEO Dick Fearne have been invited to attend the Committee this week to discuss the allegations in detail.
