Beckett's words mark eponymous bridge opening
Poet Seamus Heaney took a break from writing today to attend the opening of a landmark bridge named after fellow Nobel laureate Samuel Beckett.
The iconic structure stretches 120 metres across the capital’s River Liffey from Guild Street on the northside to Sir John Rogerson’s Quay on the southside.
