Taoiseach defends Molloy 'golden handshake'
The Taoiseach has rejected claims from Labour that the Government acted illegally when it paid off former FAS boss Rody Molloy.
The controvery over Mr Molloy's €1.2m "golden handshake" has resurrected in the Dáil chamber during questions to the Taoiseach.
Brian Cowen again defended the move, saying Mr Molloy had entitlements. He added the Government wanted change at the top in the State training agency.
