Police in the North are investigating the rape of a 19-year-old woman in east Belfast.

Police in the North are investigating the rape of a 19-year-old woman in east Belfast.

The woman was attacked after she left a shop on the Newtownards Road and dragged down an alleyway shortly before 5.30am this morning.
