Irish man's body recovered in Thailand

The body of Irish man Michael O' Brien has been recovered in Thailand.

The 24-year-old from Templeogue in Dublin had not been seen since he went surfing around Koh Pahngan island last week.

The Department of Foreign Affairs said it is offering consular assistance to his family.
