Court adjourns Black Tie winding up order
The High Court has adjourned to later this month an application to wind up men's formal and wedding wear retailer Black Tie.
The petition to wind up Black Tie Ltd, Terenure PLace, Terenure Dublin 6W has been brought by UEDA property holdings, Arkle Road, Sandyford, Dublin.
UEDA claims that it is owed €36,483 in unpaid rent arising out a lease that Black Tie's entered into for a unit at the Square Shopping Centre in Tallaght.
UEDA claims that the debt has not been paid and as a result has brought a petition before the High Court to have the firm wound up.
The case was listed before Mr Justice Peter Kelly in the High Court on Monday.
However the matter was not reached due to the volume of cases before the court.
The petition subsequently came before Mr Justice Roderick Murphy today, who agreed to put the matter back to November 16 next.
