ISPCA urges people to keep animals indoors

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is urging people to bring their pets indoors early tonight.

Halloween night can be a very distressing time for animals with the noise from fireworks and loud bangs very frightening.

Pet owners are being advised to keep their animals inside, away from all the commotion.
