Social care worker gets suspended sentence for punch at taxi rank

A social care worker who punched a man in the face following an early morning argument about queue jumping at a taxi rank has been given a suspended sentence.

Steven Canavan (aged 38) had been waiting for about an hour at the city centre taxi rank when he hit the man.
