A man arrested by police investigating the Real IRA murders of two soldiers at the gates of an army base in the North earlier this year was released today pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.

A man arrested by police investigating the Real IRA murders of two soldiers at the gates of an army base in the North earlier this year was released today pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.

The 47-year-old was detained in Belfast yesterday and questioned over 24 hours at the Police Service’s serious crime suite in Antrim before being freed.
