Man seriously injured after Dublin attack

Gardaí in Dublin are investigating a serious assault in Marino in the early hours of this morning.

A 22-year-old man was seriously injured following the incident at Fairview, opposite Marino Mart, at around 3.30am this morning.

The man was removed to Beaumont Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the attack to contact them at Clontarf garda station or on the Garda confidential line 1800-666-111.
