Man dies in Co Kerry road crash
One man has died and another is seriously injured following a road crash in Co Kerry this morning.
The collision between a car and an SUV happened at around 7.15am on the N22 Cork to Killarney road near the village of Glenflesk.
The 35-year-old driver of the car died at the scene, while the SUV driver suffered serious injuries.
The road has been closed for technical examination.
Meanwhile, one man is critically ill and another is in a serious condition after a single-car crash on the N3 near Navan in Co Meath this morning.
Three other men were also hospitalised after the crash, which happened shortly after 7am.
